Adiunkt w Zakładzie Bioetyki. W 2010 obronił doktorat z filozofii na Uniwersytecie Jagiellońskim. Jest absolwentem studiów Erasmus Mundus Master of Bioethics (2010-2011).
Członek Komisji ds. Etyki Badań Naukowych Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego – Collegium Medicum (na lata 1.09.2024 r. do 31.08.2028 r.).
Aktualnie realizuje projekt badawczy „Leveraging artificial intelligence to identify the psychological factors behind conspiracy theory beliefs”, finansowany ze środków Mechanizmu Finansowego EOG.
